The kind of person you want in the room when everyone else is stuck in obvious solutions. Instead of glossing over problems, he breaks them down and flips perspectives. He has led projects ranging from tech innovation in automotive, through reshaping idea incubators in healthcare, to revolutionizing work processes in whisky production. Today, at Accenture Song and in urban projects, he explores how to turn circularity into something practical and everyday. He feels most at home as a mentor — supporting, representing, and challenging others so they discover strengths they didn’t see before. He doesn’t offer ready-made answers but leaves behind courage, energy, and the belief that experience is not a prison, but a springboard to new possibilities.
